7 classes in our school worked very hard to demonstrate how we integrate technology in the classroom as we cover Curriculum Expectations. Classrooms were divided into the 8 component topics. Within these groups students collaborated off line gathering, organizing and sharing information as they planned and designed a web-based resource. While meeting the Ontario Curriculum Expectations, they used various word processing and graphic programs as well as scanners and digital cameras to complete their assignments. Results were shared within the school and within their community. As a final activity, students invited their parents to view their completed project.
